    Throttlemeister + Pro Grips?

    Hey all,

I am installing the Throttlemeister on my '08 and I have the Pro Grip gels. I noticed that the Pro grips are significantly longer than the stock grips and might interfere with the operation of the throttlemeister. Has anyone installed both? Did you have to trim part of the grip?

I took a razor to the outer 1/4 to 1/2 inch of the right grip. I just trimmed off the little lip on the end. Works great.

I have the 699's installed with the Throttlemeister and have no issuese at all. I didn't use grip glue and I haven't trimmed either grip. I like it the way it is. When you put the TM on, it squishes the grip a little bit and provides a larger grip with more cushion for your hand.
