Rims (white) for 2007 RWB
Guys, I would like some advice on the rims for this bike. I want to get white rims on the 2007 RWB I bought recently. Is there a place to buy white ones from or is it easier to get them coated? My bike is in Vegas so if anyone knows someone there to do the job please let me know! Thanks in Advance...

Always said it that Honda should have had White wheels in the first place on the RWB. good luck, lets us see when you get her done.

Don't think so... Have them powder coated or pick up another set and have them powder coated and keep your originals. If you can get a whole wheel assembly's with brakes and all then you could just do swaps on the fly depending on your mood.
The white wheels will certainly make the bike look thinner, lighter and a bit more playful. link

I'm in the same boat as you. All you're going to get from Honda is black or silver. I priced them and a set would run you about $650 and you'd still have to have them powdercoated yourself which adds another $200. I'm planning to do mine white next winter but I'll probably pick up a used set instead of using the stock rims.

Just get them powdercoated. I had mine done and I love 'em.

The coating was $65.00 a wheel. I had to buy a gravity fed bead blaster to remove the factory paint. I tried aircraft stripper and it wouldn't take the factory paint off. Some places will blast them for you, but the people I use don't have a blast cabinet big enough. So all told, about $165.00 total with coating and paint removal.
I like the screen a lot. It's a zero gravity DB. It's taller than stock and looks cooler IMO. |
