Radar Detector Mount/Bag?

So I have a radar detector. I thought it would not hurt to have it on the bike, but have the Zumo mounted on the RAM off the front two bolts on the gas tank. That leaves these top options:
a) splitter on RAM to have another ball/mount forward of the GPS
b) handle-bar mount - likely RAM again to keep parts-parts
c) suction cups to stock windscreen (does anyone do this? does it suck?)
d) keep in tank bag since RF likely penetrates the nylon just fine.

I am liking the tank bag - I could just put it in the map pocket on top I guess.

Anyone have some experience they'd like to share?

I'm not worried about the laser/optical detection since if it goes off, game-over.

When it comes to speeding tickets, likely doesn't cut it.

Mount the thing. Run a screamer or wire it into your earbuds.
