lowering links

Can anyone give me info on lowering links for my 1998 VFR 800. I just signed up for this sight. I just bought a 1998 VFR 800 a week ago. Had an FJR 1300 and traded for an 06 goldwing. Now I got the VFR for twisties and track days.
Some of my friends think I'm to old for all this. May-be, but I'll do it till I can't get my leg over my bikes.
