Exhaust w/ luggage rack?

I have an '06 VFR and I got the Honda luggage bags when I bought the bike. I have been thinking about redoing the exhaust and putting a power commander on it. I really love the under tail exhaust that comes stock, and have little interest in getting the standard exhaust that you see on most bikes. One problem I see when I look at the bike is that the rack that you clip the bags on to is fairly snug to the pipes that are on it now. I'm thinking that to redo the exhaust would entail getting pipes that are the same shape as the stock pipes. Does anyone else out there have experience with the factory luggage bags and new under tail exhaust pipes?

I've also seen someone on here post pics of a white 06' that had Leo Vince pipes and the sidebag racks installed at the same time. And I've personally seen many 6th gen VFRs with Staintune pipes and luggage racks...they appear to be quite the popular combination!
