Mine's red. Of course I like the red. But nothing beats the red, white and blue's of the RC30. RC45 also. Therefore, I voted red white and blue.

Mine is a mix of red/white & blue & pearl white panels, along w/ a little black unpainted abs @ the moment. I have always liked the dark blue & gray though, when I get mine painted over this winter it will be dark blue metallic w/ flat black powder coat rims & maybe frame. It will also have a custom air brushed windscreen of a skeleton pirate @ the wheel of a ship & air brushed pirate flags on the lowers. Either SS Interceptor or Interceptor SS decals on the tail haven't decided yet. The boys in the crew have always thought of themselves as pirates, so I'm going to build the theme bike.

Absolutley neccesary; not 100% sure on the rims/frame yet. My other idea was to just reverse the color scheme of the orignal paint. Blue base coat w/ red & white stripes, being that I will be painting it myself w/ the aid of the bodyshop @ work a single base color works better for me. One of the young mechanics I work w/ is a aspiring air brush artist & has offered to do the air brush work for little or nothing for the exposure. The rims I can pretty much do what ever color I want as I have my own powder coating equipment. The frame is to large for my current oven though, I my just polish it or if I come across a financial windfall maybe have it chromed or nickle plated. I have a hard time returning anything back to stock, that is why I own a 60 f100 truck that will out perform most corvettes in a straight line & in the twisties when it is completed. I'm going for the race car w/ a box thing

I hear you on the wish list thing, progress has been slow on alot of my projects, the VFR will probably be the first thing completed. Then I have to fix the sled just in case we actually get enough snow in Wisconsin to use it this year.( Have to rebuild the drive chain case) Then I can start the teadious project of putting the truck back together, I promised my son he could have it after he got his license, I only have 6 more years & I'd really like to get a few years of enjoyment out of it before I let him wreck it.

I voted red .. cause as previously mentioned we all know that red goes faster ...

However my current VFR is the anniversary model so is a mix of red and silver, and the '86 VFR I had before this one was white with white rims and I really really liked the look of it !

So many choices

I have to say RED, because that's what I've got.

However I do like the blue that Honda used on the '98 - '01 model.

Hi RVFR,
I guess, we always want things that are not easily available, like a yellow VFR, for me. There are a lot of blue motorcycles of all makes in Switzerland , Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, ... But no yellow VFR...
Motorcycles and accessories are usually more expensive in Switzerland but I will keep an eye open for a 97 VFR Ohlins shock...
