Better than ABS

Wow.

The head instructor of NAIT's motorcycle programs has publicly proclaimed that he can outbrake anyone on any motorcycle with ABS in any conditions on the same model non-ABS machine.

Ok, I'll take that bet anyday. You ride the abs bike and I'll ride the non-abs...let me know how much you're willing to bet...I'm in!

Is this guy a whackjob or should I take him up on the offer and make some money ?

BMW made some very impressive and convincing videos showing effectiveness of their ABS on a variety of hazardous surface conditions.
That guy is just wrong, except MAYBE on perfectly DRY surface.
ON slippery surface with ABS you could simply grab full brake and let computer modulate brake force many times per second. Man can't do that.

I'd bet this guy (or most riders) can brake pretty well on a controlled road course where the worst trouble you'll get into is hitting an orange cone.I would like to see how well he (or any other abs naysayer) would brake while shitting his pants in the rain, closing in on somebody's back bumper.
