So after trying out the Givi aftermarket windscreen D217S I swapped back on the stock windscreen. I'm 6'4" and in a normal upright riding position at speeds greater than 65 the wind goes directly into the underside of my helmet causing much wind noise and a more than just annoying shake of my head. Maybe I just need earplugs and some stronger neck muscles, maybe I need a different windscreen. For the cost of the windscreen though, I don't see the benefit. Any other options out there that work better for the taller riders in the group?

I also am looking for another windshield for longer trips. I wouldn't mind a taller windshield to deflect more of the bugs and sometimes rain. Any recomendations on a good one.

What is the recommended windscreen for a 6th Gen? I commute and it rains a lot. I'm only 5'9" so height isn't an issue but rain certainly is.

I am also searching for a ideal windscreen. The afctory screen looked and worked great for me. I could ride with the visor open at highway speeds. After the Heli bar modification. Rinding is much more of a strain. I'm considering the Puig sport touring. I looked at the Zerogravity ST. Its alot thiner and unattractive.

What kind of helmet are you using...
Any trip that involves highway or freeway riding, earplugs of some kind are a must!!!
