Was poking around on CL and came across these. Not affiliated with the person selling at all...just thought I would put it out there as I know they are getting hard to find. Later!

I do, but can't access from here at work (pri*ks!). Go to their website. They used to have pictures of them mounted on a red VFR.

The biggest complaint on the Beetles is the opening. It is quite narrow and will not allow a helmet. They do have decent storage, just not very wide.

I've seen them installed and I don't really like the look personally. Plus, I'm pretty sure the way the lid is designed, you're wouldn't be able to get a helmet in them.

The biggest turn-off for me though is the cost. If I'm going to pay over $1K, I'd rather have the OEM hardbags that are color-matched to the year. I do believe the beetlebags are a water-tight design and don't require liners. I still prefer the OEM bags for that $$ though.

These on CraigsList are going for 500. Still too much for me. But I'm a cheap bastard.

    Ask and you shall receive...

....and yes, the opening sucks donkey balls on these cases. Exactly the reason I have a Givi top case setup.

thanks. 100% not interested. Doesn't work with my exhaust, doens't fit a helmet, and requires a rear fender piece I dont have, lol.

    thanks. Hopefully someone will grab.
