I'm thinking about selling my 88 vfr 750 in white as fancing a change. Only done a couple of hundred miles since the mot. Has new fork seals, front discs and chain and sprocket. I've always wanted an xjr 1300, but may concider a zrx 1000 or bandit 1200. what sort of money they worth? i'm guessing at least as grand as i've heard the white ones are the ones people want. It's even got a givi wingrack that i've modified to fit.

it sure is purty.I asked about the fairings cause the front turn signals are not the elephant ear ones.... I like the look the ones you have on give it..(need a pair myself) the picture was a little grainy so It looked like gen 3 front fairing but closer inspection theyu look after market....

600 GBP is $938.00 US ...plus shipping, a little expensive bro.....

but good luck with the sale anyway

Can't help you on the sale (wrong side of the pond), but I am interested in how you mounted up the wing-rack in the back. Can you post pics of how the wings mount under the seat? (I see there are metal tabs going under the seat. I'm trying to come up with better mounting for my 2nd gen.

i simply took off the grab rail and used those mounting point, and used the bottom arms to mount off the footpeg brackets

I was gonna say it looks like he used the bar (that the turn signals are mounted to as a tube and slid smaller solid stockinto it , then locked it down with the bolts from the foot pegs

Ahh, they snuck grab rails into gen2 over there? Interesting, I'll need to look into that. I ended up using the turn signal and foot pegs, but want to move it up much closer. It really changes the weight as far back as I have them.
