I could go for one of those burgers too, but a few too many miles. To me, that's the epitome of street riding: go for a 1300 mile ride for a burger. Outstanding! Enjoy the ride - and the burger!

fack - sounds like fun. I'd be up for it but have a BBQ on Saturday with the CO Sport Bike club and then another rider course on Sunday

Left Friday morning returned Saturday afternoon. 1320 miles total and 104 degrees in Oklahoma. Grasshopper's the size of small Jackrabbits in the panhandle. Took a couple to the face sheild.....:hungry:
Some good ole boy I was talking to at Sids ended up buying my dinner for me when he heard I rode 650 to get a burger....COOL! Stayed in a roach motel on old Route 66 friday night, left O dark thirty for the return trip. My new Air Hawk seat pad was worth its weight in gold. And the evaporative vest worked really well until I got into the Oklahoma humidity..
I might have to make this a yearly thing......The burgers were Awesome!!!!!!
