Does anyone know where I can get the exact same shape windscreen to fit my 2006 VFR only with harder, better quality material?

My windscreen is already filled with fine scratches and, in summary, NO ONE takes better care of a windscreen than I do. My "other bike" has four times the miles and has not a single mark on it and has actually not been cared for as well.

I just bought on ebay the Zero Gravity sport touring shield and I love it. I'm 6'3" and I needed to extra protection. I have yet to scratch it but they say it's pretty resistant.

just be aware that the ZG's are quite a bit thinner, and more flexible, but yes, they should be more scratch resistant, in theory. I use the ZG Double Bubble, and I think that it actually looks more attractive then the factory size one. The DB also fits me much better, resulting in a more comfortable, less blustery ride. Take a look at the DB before deciding to go back to stock size, IMO.

I'd go for the Zero Gravity too. Love my double bubble.

And here's ZG's not-so-secret discount mailorder site. Kind of a low-tech site, but legit nonetheless. It's actually right there at the manufacturing plant by my house.

I also have the ZG double bubble as Lanson does on his black and the moment I hit the freeway I KNEW it was much better for me. It kicked the wind up higher and yes, made a much nicer ride for me.

    Black is fastest :)
