    Hey all,

    Can anybody confirm if you are abel to swap out 5th Gen forks / Triples with 6th Gen ones?

    ^^^^ Yes they will swap. You will need the 6th gen clip ons too.

    I believe you will need a sixth gen triple tree too. I bought a sixth gen top triple and it was larger than fifth gen.

    The 5 Gen uses 41mm tubes, and the 6 Gen uses 43mm tubes. At least on the later versions 6 Gen, something tells me that the early 6 Gens had 41mm initially, but I could be mistaken. I just know that my '01 has 41mm and my '09 has 43mm. Internally they are basically the same, so if you are looking for better damping performance, different valving and/or springs would be needed.
