Hey guys, I've been having an issue with my 750, I've replaced the battery twice and today it died again. I'll fully charge the battery and it'll start and run fine for about two weeks. I'll jump the bike and it'll run for a short amount of time then dies again. Is this going to be an issue with my stator or R/R? Thanks in advance!

    Yes . Test the Reg/rectifier. I bet it's bad.

It doesn't make sense to drop in another battery unless you test the charging system output at the same time.

You need to go to this thread and read it. Pay specific attention to post number 9. Come back here and post some numbers.

If you don't know how to do any of this stuff, just ask. We;re here to help. You need to make sure you have 2 things: A voltmeter (available at any auto parts store, Walmart etc. $20. And a battery charger).

    Report back with your findings.
