http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/361001078952?_trksid=p2059210.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT I bought my VFR 800fi a few weeks ago and i love it. But being a lanky git at 6'4" i just wanted a little more leg room, so bought these. I've tried drop footrests before on a Yamaha Fazer 600 without much luck. On the Fazer i could never quite get the ergonomics right. Anyway i am chuffed with these. I haven't adjusted the brake properly yet. That's a job for the weekend. But so far so good. They position my knees where they are supposed to be. And i haven't any ground clearance issues. They do a 40mm version too but i think that would be too much. You keep the original pins and hooks. But everything else is included. When i got them out the packet they looked a little short. But when on the bike it's not an issue. They are fine. Anyway i thought i'd share my experience. It may help someone else out in the future.
