I blew a fuse, trying to fix back lisense light.

    My light blew out, trying to fix the license plate light. No headlights. What fuse is it under the seat? Not :cower:

    Its under the panel right side in front of the throttle grip. You will have to pull the small panel to access the fuses.

    I wasn't changing the blub, a wire was pulled out. Put it back in then some how the fuse went.

    My tag light wire rubbed the insulater off the wire around 15k miles. Blew the fuse. Unknown to me at the time, I was told by the dealership this was a known issue. That's the reason I found the fuse box. There's a relocation kit for these. I don't see it being worth the trouble.

    I will get a fuse 10 amp, then have a shop put in a new light-these cheap tag lights are junk. I only was fixing it because the cops seem to be a bunch of dick weeds right now-and sometimes I ride at night because it actually safer without so many idiots on the road.
