I hope there's a shitload of blood and guts in the long version like the trailer. Nothing better than seeing a bunch of fast guys getting fucked up on bikes.

 

Ouch! I'm sure they covered Marco Simoncilli. Saw his photo in the trailer. Remember he got ran over by Colin Edwards and Rossi? He died.

 

I'm gonna wait on some reviews. Looks like it's opening first in UK. If the full move has as many crashes as the teaser. I'll pass.

 

I really doubt if the movie is chock full of crashes but we shall see. I'm betting on good story lines and character development along with a lot of racing scenes.

 

Maybe having Brad Pitt involved will get a few of the young bucks over here involved in motorbiking of the racing kind.... on the track whee it belongs.

 

According to the film's website, no US releases planned as of yet. Hopefully soon...

The website has a query box that when initiated locates theatre locales in UK and Ireland. They may be going the way of "Why We Ride", with limited distribution and then DVD sales for the US market.

"Why we ride starred "Chicky". Thankee Jesus this one doesn't star SOW.

 

Let's hope so or maybe scare the bejesus out of them showing what can happen even to the best in the world at those speeds. I would like to think that the crash freaks are sort of car oriented like a shitload of folks at the big NASCAR ovals.

This may be one of those deals like HD used to pull aboot only making so many bikes "this" year, to create a buying frenzy coupled with a false resale valuation. I think it will be available in one form or another in Canada. The problem may be that Brad Pitt does not speak your language.

Stay on the bike my ass! Some of the bikes in the preview are great examples of going A/T. (ass over teakettle) I don't know how to say that in Canadian.
