New to VFRWorld and probably about to ask a Q that's been asked before but anyway... Does any one have any advice re putting a 6th gen exhaust on my 5th gen bike? I have a donor stock twin exhaust. I was wondering if it is best to change the whole seat, subframe plastics, lights etc?

Your thread title contradicts what you just posted. If your are trying to put a 6 Gen exhaust on your 5 Gen, like you posted above, then check out Tinkerinwstuff's 5 Gen resurrection post...

Uber Guru thanks. Yes apologies just noticed the mistake. It is a 6th gen to go on to my 5th gen. I prefer the look of the underseat system on the 6th gen. I think I might have a lot of ferreting around to source pieces re subframe etc..?
