Traffic school

Hey guys,
Unfortunately I got caught going a little too fast on my 6th gen a few months ago and got a speeding ticket. I opted for traffic school and have to share my traffic school find. I used https://www.inadaytrafficschool.com/. it cost me $30 and took all of 45 minutes! Yes! 45 minutes! It was super quick easy. If anyone else needs traffic school I highly recommend it.

If I take it pre-ticket, do I get a get out of jail card?

Kind of depends on what "a little too fast" was in MPH over the posted limit. In some places that's a go to jail card and forget about your bike too.

Some places like Washington in some jurisdictions, have a deferral option in the form of a reduced fine if the driving record is reasonably clean of gross violations. Whether this applies to citations that are not speeding only, not a clue. The deal is the judge knocks down the fine but if ya get another ticket in a defined time window, they really nail your ass.

Parking tix? I don't think so...

The deal here is that not all places and legal proceedings are uniform when it comes to traffic law and regulations.

Reminds me of the time I was living in East Timor and a neighbor was busted for having carnal knowledge of his parrot.

 

I bet this outfit sells your name to someone who is schlepping something. I bet too that the ticket is stiil known to your insurance company.

 

They might sell my name but insurance doesn't see the ticket. That's pretty much the point of traffic school though, so you don't get a point and your insurance doesn't go up. So any and all CA DMV approved traffic schools remove it from your insurance.

 

The guy in East Timors defense was he needed to get circumcised so I'm guessing a little over the posted or prima facie limit wasn't like doing the ton in a school zone.

IOW defending one's turf is fine but a blanket "this is the best thing since" 38 D tits is questionable.

This is funny.. A guy I know in Seattle who rides a VFR is a partner in a dental lab.. Broke a molar once and had him make me a crown bypassing the dentist. Pissed the dentist off big time. They mark that work up sometimes 500+%

Did some tradeoot work for a bud who was the BMW guy in Seattle. He had one of those big red SOBs. Louder than a dozen Harleys.. and looked like he could take off an arm.. Probably not good to eat either..
