Rode in to work today, weather reports said it was -10C out. It felt pretty cold and during the ride I just wanted to check what the bike thought the temp was, but it just gave me (--). Anybody know what is the coldest a 6th Gen will display? Is -9F/C possibly an LCD character limit?

that same line displays the 3 digit engine temp ( on the 5th gen anyways) so a negative 2 digit number is physically possible so im guessing its a limitation of the sensor or they didn't bother to code the ecu to display any lower

The temp on mine goes up, the longer the bike is running. Totally useless.......

In Sweden it would never register then :D (I think you're meaning the engine temp)
