6th Gen side cases, Hinge pins starting to slide out.

    Any ideas on how to replace the hinge pins. They tend slide out a bit. I push them back in before every ride now.

    Replace them with welding rod, cut longer. Bend the ends of the rod once inserted...

    When you tap them back in next time put a small dot of super glue (cyanoacrylate adhesive) just in the hole where the end of the pin is (after you have tapped the pin all the way home). It will be enough to secure the pin without running everywhere
    That way if you ever need to tap them back out you will be able to (after drilling a small hole at the other side to let you put a pin in to tap with a small hammer)
