'84 v45 restoration....the pins in the rear brake caliper are stuck. I've used PB Blaster, Kroil and heat. They won't budge. Due to the aluminum construction I don't want to take the chance of breaking it by using too much pressure, such as a c clamp or better. Any other suggestions?

May not apply (mine is a 500) but what I did: the blind pin, I had to drill a witness hole in the caliper bracket and drive out with a punch. Afterwards I tapped threads and used a screw and sealing washer to seal the hole. On the other pin the bushing was protruding enough to get visegrips on and worked it out. This left some nicks on the bushing, so I had to file and polish it before assembly.
Anyway, the bracket is fairly robust so your clamp may be the solution.

You might try put a small socket over exposed end of pin and use that to clamp against, that way all the force will be around hole, and parallel to the pin.

    (corrected my thinking)

Ok. Both are exposed on the 750 so I won't have to drill anything. I'll try the c clamp with the socket and see how it goes this weekend. Thanks guys.

In the meantime, hit it again with the PB Blaster.
Multiple applications over a few days will help.
Just give it a shot, and let it soak.
