    When I start the bike it runs until I let go of the start button then it dies. Anyone know what's wrong or how I can fix it

    low or bad fuel, gummed-up carbs ? read the FSM. you could even read it on your shmartfone. :biggrin-new:

    if the engine only turns over using the starter, it's not running at all. :eek-new:

    checking for spark would be a good first step.:eagerness:

    Has the bike been sitting for a while? If so, gummed up carbs and jets could be a problem. I guess it would be good if you share a bit of history on the bike.
