The 02 manual is VTEC .. I dont think there are any mechanical changes that would effect an 06.

I have a 2007 VFR (tri-colour) and I noticed you have a 2007 model too. I'm from Adelaide and trying to work out what's the best w/manual to get, I want to minimise discrepencies.

What do you suggest. last one I have seen is a 2005 model manual.

As far as I know there is no mechanical difference between the various Vtec engines.
They did play around with the cut-in point of the Vtec (rpm) from the earlier models but this would have been an engine management thing and not mechanical.
So apart from cosmetic changes the PDF on this thread should be absolutely fine.
