    Why is Idaho listed as a state in both the "PNW" and "Mountain" regions?

    Uuhh, because it is in the PNW, but it has some mountains in it? Good question...

    It probably has something to do with a government official spending taxpayer's money on a non-adjustable nuclear clock.
