Sorry, I forget that sarcasism often dosen't come across in writen word as it does in spoken word due to inflections in ones voice and so on and so fourth. Once again, I apologize to any and all whom I've offended. Except for ELF800 and 5th Gen owners.
Yanks again.
Spank you very much.

Sarcasm is lost on me. I am one of the most literal persons I know.
Now facetiousness is something I can relate to.

Yeah..."cool" is for sale!

Don't you love when form/image is sold over function?

The chat room MUST stay! A lot of rides and get together's have come together because of the chat box. The site is not going to be compatible with every machine; it actually goes completely crazy on my old laptop. The mobile mini computers can't be expected to do everything a home computer can do so deal with it until you get home or the office and understand that without the chat box, this site would not be THE destination for the VFR!

The chatbox is not going anywhere bud. All this thread did was it now gave members the option to turn it off. Therefore, they need not complain about having a chatbox, as long as we have that option.

For those who have not seen it. Michael (site owner/head honcho) went above and beyond, and he gave you the option to turn off the chat so you don't get to see all of the fun conversations that we have. Unless the boss man changes his mind, this conversation is closed.

Chat will now be turned off for you!

If you wish to re-enable chat, just go to the same page and click on "Leave Group" and chat will magically reappear.

For the record, if you disable chat, you will still be able to get to the chat system by clicking on Community -> Chat.

Give it a try and let me know if you find any issues!
