lowering a 4th gen

just lowerd my wifes 96 vfr750. after triing to over complicate things it turned out to be easy as hell. drilled a new hole for the lower shock bolt approx. 3/4 in. below factory hole. that give me 2 in. drop in seat height. then pulled fork tubes up thru tripple trees to get proper rake back. had to shorten side stand 3/4 in. so it would sit. will try and post pics soon. if all works out ok long term i will make new plates

my wife is kinda short she could not reach the ground flat footed
