Battery Question

Hello Group,
I require some advice. My Gen4 is having some voltage issues i think. When riding at night, I'm sure its during the day also, my headlights go from normal to very bright to very dim. This is also affecting my cluster lights. I haven't checked the voltage yet, the battery is at least 2yrs old, could this be a sign of a failing battery or the dreaded r/r. Currently the r/r has been modified with the pc fan job. Any suggestion on replacement batteries would be appreciated.

Thanks,
TWeber

Most likely the R/R,
the notorious and common "shindengen failure".

Also could be a loose connection.
