2nd attempt at VFRWorld get together. (note: VFRWorld membership not required for attendance; <g> all bikes and riders are welcome)
Ride ins on Friday Mar 21,
Saturday 22 group rides and pictures, poker run, and BBQ in the afternoon at Reg71's.
Sun 23 short group ride then departs for distance riders...

I realize that this is a holiday, but we'll be worshipping at the church of the open road. All believers welcome.

Got it in the cal. If turn out ends up being ridiculous, I might be able to host the overflow down in Pismo. I'm pretty sure the 'rents will be in Vegas babysitting that weekend. That gives us an extra 1,600 square feet of garage overflow.

I like riding with retired guys myself. I use to ride with my Grandpa and his buddies all the time up and around Lake Isabella and the Kern river. They always know the best spots to... ride, eat, drink.

Yep, got it on the calendar... Little craziness around here, but I plan on being in the area. XX is on his 3-day too, so he'll be around friday night/saturday, back on shift sunday though.

I wanted to bump this thread to get an idea of who is coming. I see in review that JTC will be there. Also who needs a place to sleep? I have an unfinished room above my garage, two kids bedrooms will be empty, and one other storage room + a couch and a loveseat and floor space. I also have two tents and bags if someone wants to crash out on the lawn, but it does get chilly here at night.

On another part of the agenda, I was thinkin of adding a poker run to the ride on sat but I have never done one. My idea was just to carry a deck of cards and let every take a card at 5 different stops. Everyone could buy in for say $5 then best hand takes half the till and the house (me) takes half for buying food. Does that sound about right?
