Lehigh Valley Crew going out April 5th (this Saturday)...

Hey Guys,

The Lehigh Valley crew is going out this Saturday again, April 5th. This is a monthly chapter meeting for the CSBA (Christian Sportbike Association). That said, you don't have to be a Christian to come ride with us, we just ask that you respect a brief prayer before we eat at breakfast, and try not to swear during breakfast (although it has slipped out before... by me...)

Here's details:

Eastern PA (Allentown) Chapter Meetings and Rides

Where?
Chris's Family Restaurant
5635 Tilghman St
Allentown, PA 18104

When?
The first Saturday of every month. 8:00 a.m. breakfast, 9:00 a.m. ride.

Who?
Do you ride a sportbike, have an interest? Come on out to our monthly breakfast meets! During the winter months feel free to drive your car out to Chris's, there will always be someone there.

This is every month. I have to post it up again every month though because it seems like people forget.

We're looking at a group size of about 15-20 optimistic. The pace will be moderate to fast. Its our practice to wait at stop signs until we see the whole group. Please ride your own pace and don't try to keep up with the fast guys on roads you don't know. They'll be waiting at the stop sign.

A brief synopsis of breakfast:
8:00 am bikes in the lot
8:10 go inside and sit down
8:10 - 9:00ish - eat breakfast
9:00ish - roll down to fill up at the gas station
9:05 - 12:00ish - ride

We may be looking at a Hawk Mountain loop, this was a proposed ride by Mark (scraperman1):

North on 863
Cross over 143 becomes Behler road
R on Springhouse road
L on 309
L on 895
L on Hawk Mountain road
L on mountain road
R on Kunkle Dahl road
L on Old Philly pike
R on 143
R on 662
L on 22
R on School rd
L on Schiery rd
bear R onto Oakhaven/Short lane
bear R onto Baldy road
R onto Bastian road
L onto Noble street
R onto Dreysher
L onto Bowers
R onto Burkholder
R onto Kohler
cross fleetwood road
Quick L Mine road then R onto Sally Ann Furnace road
R/ joins woodside avenue
L onto Centennial

Ending would be in Fleetwood, PA. I'll take everyone back to Rt100, Rt 222 or I-78 if need be.

Hope to see you at breakfast! Any questions PM me...

Mike
