Ride around Oregon

Wow! what a trip 3 days 1237 miles, What Hoot, great roads, great scenery, Be very hard to have been better other than I saw like over 100 degree temps in the lowlands, whew! thats getting warm huh? just don't stop moving.

So thought I'd share some photos of the adventure.
First stop, LOL Jason just might reconize this one.

Next Rowena Loop, one of the best short twisty roads around

A stop to take a look at the Dalles dam on the Columbia river.

Now we're getting in some back country in north mid Oregon ,Maupin to be exact

Sweet road leaving town

While stopped to get thy bearings

I noticed that I happen to stop at 40K.

Wasn't much further down the road and I came upon this, Wow! Nice huh?

Just Beautiful country

And the roads weren't bad either

More great scenery

Gee, anyone recognize these two Sweet machines

More great roads and views

Tolds ya it was hot! this was so much so you could feel the heat when I rode by.

More great roads and views.

there was even great wild life, believe that to be a Osprey.

Found this one particular VFR on the road.. Nice...

More and more just never ending love it..

Just amazing, what a trip, I need to do more of these...now if only I can find the time.

nice pics. some of those could be postcards. I have been gone for a week (working not out of town) so my riding has been to work and back although a couple days back I took the scenic route home. it's just getting kind of dusky when I get home so the deer worry me so I usually stay on the freeway...
