New comer coming to seattle area...

hello,
new to the list, joined awhile back, but didn't find much on group rides in Arizona, but now I'm moving on to Washington (Seattle Area). it seems that the north-west has a bigger gathering of VFR riders. I know I'm coming at the end of the season, but i enjoy the ride no matter the weather (as long as it's not too wet). like to try to get a couple of rides to see the state before the end of season.

Welcome to the group. There are a few members up in that area, or close by, I believe. From pics I have seen posted here there are some nice roads out that way.

Thanks for joining.

i love the roads out here, but it seems that the heat effects people out here in the valley. just keep your eyes OPEN! people get mad at you, when they cut you off.
had a guy the other day cut in front of me. gave him a couple blast of the horn, nothing bad. i saw him coming. but when i went to pass him, he points and laugh. i tap my helmet and shrugged my shoulders (to ask what the ****?). he just laughed harder. shot him the bird and rode on. the idiot sped up to catch up with me, behind a row car all going the same speed. gets beside me just to swerve at me. not fast just slowly squeezing me over. i hate that lane splitting is illegal. but i just kicked my foot out and twisted the throttle. left a nice dent in his door.

You'll be right up the road from me, north about five miles. Shoot me a pm when you get settled and we'll hook up.
