New NC Sport Touring club
I've noticed that there just aren't any local sport touring clubs around. I've had to join a local Southern Cruisers chapter in order to find people to ride with.
I think the main reasons there aren't any sport touring clubs is: 1. The existing ones have dues that are kind of high 2. Sport/touring riders have gotten used to riding solo I was thinking if someone started up a Sport/Touring club that had no dues and very few if any attendance requirements it might grow and spread around the country and eventually it would be easy to find other Sport/touring riders anywhere. I don't know how to go about starting something like this but if anybody is interested I'll do what ever I can to make it happen. Last edited by netizen; 03-21-2006 at 03:57 AM. |

Re: New Sport Touring club
I started up a yahoo Group for North Carolina Sport Touring riders.
If your interested in riding in North Carolina post your location and when and where you would like to ride so others can join you. Here's the link to the yahoo group: http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/ncSport-Touring/ |
