Headlight Modulators

I believe that headlight modulators are legal in all fifty states. The literature that comes with the modulators certainly states that and I have never been questioned on my headlight modulator although I have been challenged on my four way flashers being on while lanesplitting. The headlight modulator has really helped me get noticed. I have even been asked at stop lights what is up the the flashing headlight. People really do see it. I have been using one for about six or seven years and I will never have a bike without a modulator, it works well.

Re: Headlight Modulators

I couldn't have said it better Don. I will also never have a bike without
one. I have also been asked about the modulator at stop lights, and yes,
they ARE legal here in AZ. I personally think you're crazy to not have one.
