Well, the '98-'99 headers definetly fit the '00-01 bikes, and they even fit
the later VTEC bikes as well, so the chances of the 5th gen cat exhaust
going on a non-cat 5th gen are very good. I'd say that they would fit with
99.9% surety.

Why would you want to put the heavier cat exhaust on your non-cat bike? Your
pipes shot and that's all you can find in the used market?

You probably already know about the Predator and Motad 5th gen full
exhausts, yes?
