RR failure

Just replaced this on my '99. Tried working with ELECTREX, but they shipped one modified from an RC51 that had too short leads. Got the OEM part and it has been improved with much larger cooling fins and an AL mounting plate which acts as a heat sink. Decided to help it out a bit (running RKA softbags) with a Radio Shack PC micro cooling fan that got mounted with zip ties and velcro to the frame in front of the RR to force air thru the unit. Also added an LED voltmeter on the steering head over the keylock assembly to monitor everything.
