Manic Salamander
I have been using the Throttlemeister control on my '95 VFR and I am not deliriously happy with it. When tightening the device (rotating the bar end toward me), I often cause an unwanted acceleration when the glove is touching the throttle.
I recently explored the "Manic Salamander" website and saw a throttle control similar to the Throttlemeister. The difference is that the bar end (weight) of this device is spring-loaded and it is engaged with a longitudinal motion instead of the TM's rotational one. Is someone on the list using the "Salamander"? What's is your experience? TIA! RE: Manic Salamander
No experience with this, but I looked at their website and wished I knew
about before I bought my Throttlemeister. Thanks for the info, I have bookmarked it for future reference.
