Electrical woes: Headlamps or turn signals

Any electrical gurus out there?

Here's the problem: since getting the VFR back from the shop (don't think they caused it but if I can prove otherwise...) the right front and rear turn signals glow faintly all the time and do not flash when selected. If I remove the headlamps, or just use the UK switch to turn them off, the turn signals work like normal.

Another odd thing I noticed was that the right headlight is not as bright as the left. It stays about the same on high or low.

So far I have:

Swapped headlamps, left to right and even tried another set. No change.

Swapped turn signal bulbs, in every combination you can think of, they all work just fine so long as the headlamps aren't on.

Replaced the turn signal relay and both headlamp relays. Besides changing the rate the turn signals blink at, same.

Replaced the headlamp relay connectors on the bike from an extra wiring harness I had, the ones on the bike looked a little corroded, same.

Re-installed the U.S. version bar end switches. Besides having to remove the headlamps instead of just switching them off, same.

Now what?

TIA,

Bob in Tucson
