Tour Master Nylon Magnetic.

http://www.tourmaster.com/product.html?sku=82-376

It's the perfect size to hold a laptop, and expands another 2" or so in
height with a simple unzip.

I've got this one:

http://www.azsbk.com/ss9833.html

with the magnetic mount (extra). Note that either the top, bottom or
both sections (as pictured) may be used with the magnetic mount.
I've had it for years but just this weekend realized how much
better it is than most. I picked up a new (to me) Hawk in NJ and
rode back to Raleigh, stopping at the East Coast Hawk Rally in
Natural Bridge, VA. I flew up to NJ with my riding gear in a
duffel and everything else in the tank bags. Let me tell you,
you can get a LOT of stuff in there when you usine both bags -
3 days worth of summer clothes, a pair of shoes, jeans, extra liner
for my riding jacket, the folded up duffel bag plus water bottle,
a book and various personal effects. I use the smaller (top) section
daily with the mag mount for commuting to work. When I have a little
extra stuff to drag along, it takes about 1 minute to switch the mag
mount from one bag to the other (zippered). And I can tell you from
experience this weekend, that even if you put the mag mount onto a
small, wet tank and drive 95mph into a headwind and downpour, it will
not come loose!

It ain't cheap, but I've had it for about 8 years and I could not
be happier. On the downside, it is starting to sun-fade a little.

RE: Magnetic tank bag

I have had good luck with this Teknic bag.

I've got this one:

http://www.azsbk.com/ss9833.html

with the magnetic mount (extra). Note that either the top, bottom or both
sections (as pictured) may be used with the magnetic mount. I've had it for
years but just this weekend realized how much better it is than most. I picked
up a new (to me) Hawk in NJ and rode back to Raleigh, stopping at the East Coast
Hawk Rally in Natural Bridge, VA. I flew up to NJ with my riding gear in a
duffel and everything else in the tank bags. Let me tell you, you can get a LOT
of stuff in there when you usine both bags - 3 days worth of summer clothes, a
pair of shoes, jeans, extra liner for my riding jacket, the folded up duffel bag
plus water bottle, a book and various personal effects. I use the smaller (top)
section daily with the mag mount for commuting to work. When I have a little
extra stuff to drag along, it takes about 1 minute to switch the mag mount from
one bag to the other (zippered). And I can tell you from experience this
weekend, that even if you put the mag mount onto a small, wet tank and drive
95mph into a headwind and downpour, it will not come loose!

It ain't cheap, but I've had it for about 8 years and I could not be happier.
On the downside, it is starting to sun-fade a little.
