Tourmaster Jean Pants

I was wondering if anyone has any experience with Tourmaster Jean Pants?
The description on the website
(http://www.tourmaster.com/xcart/prod...uctid=58&cat=4) would lead
you to believe you get a decent amount of protection for your dollar. They
are made from a material called 600 Denier Carbolex, which I am guessing is
a Cordura clone.

When I spend a day out for a ride, I wear my Motoport gear. But when I just
want to ride around town, I find the Ultra overpants to be a bit much. The
lead time to get jeans from Motoport is to long to get them for this season
and I refuse to wear regular jeans when ride. Plus, after an "off" while
puting around on my dirtbike, I learned knee pads are a must. The Tourmaster
jeans look like they might be a good errand running pant.

Any thoughts.

Thanks
