For Sale 1993 VFR

Due to acquisition of an immaculate 2001 VFR I need to part ways with my
Pearl White '93. I am looking for $2,800.00. Bike has ran flawlessly since
I purchased it in 2000. I have only had to perform standard maintenance.
Bike has just under 46,000 miles on it. Last maintenance was at 38,000
miles. (Full 16,000 mile interval tune-up.)

I purchased this bike from its previous owner without first looking at the
title. As you may imagine the previous owner was less than truthful with me
as the bike has a salvage title. What was originally a concern has proven
to be no problem at all. I have put 20,000 plus miles on this bike
including 1,000 plus mile trips with no issues. The tupperware is scuffed
on the left side from a driveway tip-over and the rear is in need of
replacement. I was quoted a sum of $500.00 from the plastic doctor in Texas
to repair the existing plastic (All front plastics) to original condition.

I will be sad to see my first ride go but I can't justify having two VFR's
in the garage. If interested I can email pics.

Bike is located in Omaha, NE.

Bike has the following adders:

Corbin Seat
Heli-Bars
Penske Racing Shock
Progressive fork springs
BT 020 / 010 Tire Combo with 3000 plus miles left.

I also have the following parts which are included in the sale:

Plastic fuse cover piece (Used)
Amber lenses for turn signals in the tail-light (New in box)
Additional red lenses (Used)
Right side carbon fiber condom mirror (Used)
Cowl Bolts and Sleeves (New in plastic)
Front Axle (New)
Fiam Horn (Used)
Brake pedal (New)
Throttle assembly (Used)
Stock Clip-ons
Shifter pedal (New)
Stock left condom mirror
Brake pedal rubber (New)
Oil dipstick (New)
Rear OEM plastics (New in box)
OEM Seat cowl with bump pad (New in box)
Stock seat cowl with busted tabs

Huh? Why? There are 7 days in the week. Man was not intended to own
only one bike.

$2800 for a '93 w/ 46k? Good luck

Oh, even better, it has a salvage title... it's scuffed and scraped.
Sounds like a real collector's item.

Then don't let it go. Why the hell not? Your bike is worth about $800
bucks tops. You'd be much better off just keeping it and enjoying the
remainer of it's life. Just think of the looks of admiration you'll get
from the local ViFfeRatti having a '93 AND an '01!!

Re: For Sale 1993 VFR

Hey Fred I am not interested in your opinions on what my bike is worth. I
am only trying to be honest in my description and what I want for MY bike.
(SEE THE PART ABOUT MY BIKE?) If I can't get what I am asking, which
judging from the response I have gotten already may not be a problem, then I
will decide how I want to proceed.

I am also not interested in the looks of the "vifferatti." I don't need the
admiration of others to make my life complete.

If your not interested in purchasing my 1993 then why don't you just click
delete?
