Hello all, I am looking at replacing my windscreen with a dark smoke screen. What are my options, I've google searched and nothing catches my eye as i do not want a tall screen. Id prefer the stock size tinted dark. Could anyone post pictures of there aftermarket screens?

It is but seems taller. I want something stock or a bit smaller.

    Puig
    MRA
    Zero Gravity
    Givi
    OEM

Those are generally your choices when it comes to windscreens ... Givi tends to lean heavily towards sport touring, which means their screens are often taller.

MRA makes really nice screens for decent prices and caters to both crowds, as does Zero Gravity and Puig.

The Puig Touring screen is 5 inches taller than stock. I'll be putting the dark smoke Puig on my brand new 2014 Red VFR that I'll pick up Tuesday.

Price is $113 shipped from Revzilla.
I've had great results with the Puig dark smoke touring model on my 2012 BMW GS650.

Puig touring screen with wind deflector attached.
Has to be one of the worst screen I have ever bought for a bike.

Put it on just before a 220 mile round trip. At low speeds no problem. Anything over 60 produced the worst turbulence I've ever had on a bike. To the extent I had to slow right down due to double vision. The deflector didn't seem to make any difference regardless of what position it was in including vertical.

Could have happily removed it after 60 miles. It was removed when I got home.

That is what I was going to suggest, but with something like Pliasti-Dip. It can be a spray on or brush on and if you decide you don't like it, it peels off really easy without a mark left on your OEM screen. But too late for that. You seem happy with your end result. And personally I think it looks hot.

Has anyone installed the Powerbronze? I don't have a problem with where the wind is or buffeting with the stock screen, but I feel a LOT of debris stinging my neck every day and figure it's probably because the screen is sending a lot of air right at it. It's hot and humid here, I don't want to really reduce airflow until winter, but it's really uncomfortable and distracting at the moment.
