THAT'S what I'm talking about!!! Someone please slap Honda upside it's corporate head (or kick em in the ass)!!!

Maybe I missed it, any estimate on costs?

One would hope! I'm sure their MotoGP bike has made technology, it just seems they're so unwilling to put it in a street bike. And the $185,000 how isn't a street bike in my eyes.

However, as competition goes, you either evolve or become irrelevant.

I've read farther into the article. There's a lot of tech in that engine. Add in the Akropovic exhaust and raise the power to 226!!!! That's more than my car!

Engine looks incredible, variable intake, that novel, precise tuning up the rpm scale!

Just wonder what or how shinny the penny has to be, I've read they're going for 24k euros sounds roughly $27K us. IDK. but then maybe Ducati has figured it out that it doesn't need to be so much.

For that price I'll take a posse of V4 Tuonos, Duc Monsters, and VFRs.:Crazy:

Yea that's what I say too, but when looking back at the Hondas version and Ductis desmo this is a huge bargain.

I hope Honda will do something like this at an affordable price.
This bike looks to be fantastic.

I would too. Considering the whole of the population of VFR owners placing price above all other attributes in buying a motorcycle then complaining that they got what they paid for, I doubt seriously that there will be many, if any VFR converts to a new V4 Panigale. You have to pay for what you get with a Ducati. You don't with new VFR's.

Seeing that a new Tuono factory is 17500 that only leaves you $4000 to buy a used VFR.
Anyone buying this new Ducati would be buying it for an excellent track bike or a Starbucks showcase bike. You're not going to do much touring on it.

Thanks for the price check. For what you get that is actually not as bad as I thought it would be.
