    Hey Rsparky, did you rewire your rear turn signals to be running lights (like the front turn signals)? If so, can you tell me what you did (e.g. did you have to swap out the rear bulbs/sockets for front bulbs/sockets?)?

    Good idea, thought of it, passed on it due to knowing I would fu.. them up taking them off and on all the time. ;-) "I hate plastic and plastic hates me";-)

    If you saw them in person and saw how quick they popped on and off, you might reconsider. As long as you have a dedicated spot on a shelf to store them, you're good to go. I only use mine about 10% of the time, but they're great for an all day or more trip.

    Nope. They blink normally. However, if I did, I'd just remove their current wires, and tag a splice from the main running light.

    yes i ordered the vinyl off ebay about 15.00. used a razor knife and a strait edge for the outside used a piece if pvc pipe for a template for around th gas cap thn edged it wieh 1/8 in pinstriping

    the v tech decals were ebay also lower cowling is painted with plastidip in case i didnt like it,its removable peels right off

    Thanks, sounds great! Insert is out, not too loud IMO, cost was I think $475? Ordered it back in August, 3 months waiting sucked but glad I waited I really like the fit and finish!

    Good price, about the same landed price for the one I'm looking at. Wow 3mths was that through a local dealer or Ebay?
