4th gen - Rear Shocks Swap List?

Is there a list of the Rear shocks that will fit the 4th gen vfr750? I've been searching and can't seem to find a list...although I feel like there probably is one. This could EASILY be an "IO Problem"....(Idiot Operator) so I apologize if I just missed it in my searches. I need to get a much stiffer setup than the stock shock (and forks) provide...I'm almost 240 lbs and I feel like I am popping a wheeling on acceleration and like I'll fly over the handlebars on hard braking...won't even talk about cornering with the front end...feel like it's diving pretty bad.
I'm going to fix the rear shock first and then see what I need with the front to line it all up.

He's doing me a full up 929 rear shock...I'm stir crazy with the crappy weather and thought it would be interesting to experiment with a rear one to see. Several for sale local...just not sure if they would work.
