1986 VF500F Tank Wing Decals?

Okay. I've searched the archives and the ENTIRE internet (I think) and I can't find replacement tank decals for the '86 VF500F. (part#s 17518-MF2-880ZA, 17519-MF2-880ZA) The wing area of the graphic is metallic yellow-gold and is a specific size for these bikes. Here's a pic of the one on my 'good' bike:

I need a pair of these in the OEM quality for a tank repaint for another project. Honda has discontinued them... any other sources?

I used ones from an old Elsinore on my R. Shoot these guys an email for dimensions, you might get lucky.

Hi guys, the '86 tank wing is a metallic yellowish gold wing color... not solid yellow like the dirt bike stickers I've seen.

Guess I'll just have to settle for the solid yellow ones... they look pretty close to the original metallic decal from 10 ft away. They just don't 'sparkle' in the sun.

The size on my '86 VF500 is 135mm wide x 95mm tall. (The '86 VF1000R is even larger by quite a bit)

try Honda Decals, Superbike, Sportsbike Decals, Motorbike Decals, Insignia and Stickers before you do anything.

 

Thanks, I went there and found a pair of gold wings fairly close in size to the original, and I also ordered the big white H O N D A lettering for the F2 fairing.

That's a very good resource for bike decals/stickers!

I've done bussiness with them in the past. By far the best source for VFR and Interceptor stickers/decals.
