Stumbled upon this vid on YT today featuring a beautiful white ‘93 - it’s a few years old but I don’t remember seeing it posted here before - enjoy!

Best part is walking out to my garage and being able to ride my white 93. So cool. It is a nice looking bike. I still think mine looks better. LOL

Yes the white Unicorn Gen 3 is a sight to behold. I think in fact that the 1990 I'm currently rebuilding will be a 93 clone. Always wanted one and painting white is much easier than red. I guess I better get busy!

Well here is a photo to work from. Parts are hard to find for this bike. After 3 years of looking I now have 90% of the body parts in pearl white as spares. All I am missing is the V in the front. Very hard to find. I was lucky and found 9 pieces from the same ebay seller. White is the hardest color to find. His prices were reasonable and I couldn't pass them up. I spent over $500 but it was worth it. Sorry but no I do not want to sell my spares. I have had many bikes in the last 30+ years of riding. Bikes come and go but this one may stay with me forever. It is a blast when people ask if you want to sell your bike. Nope its not for sale.
The 3rd gen had such a presence and was ahead of its time. Its 25 years old now and still looks modern. Yes it is heavy and only makes 100hp and parts are rare but this is why I hunted for years for spares. Some day parts will be gone. Long live the VFR

    That is a fine example!
I hope to have mine looking like that soon or close to that anyway. There seems to be no way to find body parts that don't need some measure of repair or paint so I've collected the best I could find and I'm just gonna have to knuckle down and make em good again.

What exhaust do you have on there? I used to have a left exit Two Brothers system but they seem to be unobtanium now. My wife won't let me remove the rear pegs because she likes to come along from time to time.

The muffler is a delkevic high mount. I think it was just about $200. Love the look and sounds great without the DB insert. I recently put the Europe spec. amber rear turn signals in. Looks much better than red. Here is a photo of my spares. Most of them are better than what I have on the bike now. Don't be jealous. This winter I will change over the best parts. Who would have thought plastic would be so valuable. 20180811_110657.jpg 20180811_110709.jpg 20180811_111252.jpg

Man you guys have got me thinking
I have a very clean red 1990, but I also have a 1991 needing paint, at present it has gray powder coated rims with candy red powder coated calipers
I wonder how it would look in white
