Andreronin posted on the other forum a link to a BikerBros. Japanese review of the '17 which includes a vid featuring the new Digital Silver, link: http://www.bikebros.co.jp/vb/sports/simpre/simpre-20170328/

    Here's the vid:

Here's the first pic I've seen of a '17 in Pearl White from the same BikerBros. review. As best I can tell the Pearl White 2017 model is only available in Japan.

I like both colors, so I got a white and then a red. Great overall motorcycle!

LOL, sorry Candy - did not mean to offend :glee: I really liked the Lazer/Candy red - just not quite as much as the Rio/Victory red. I still miss that car and the beautiful music of its 32V aluminum V8!

NorcalBoy, I love that avatar and only what you said because the two fit together! Big house fan and yes he would say that! LMAO. But I do like a red to be metallic and one on the candy apple side.

blackvfr, I was going for the Ninja (due to being a Kawi inline 4 fan for the most of my riding) before I saw the prices of the overstocked 14' VFR. The styling of the Hondas is subdued and the VFR has now a more Italian look and Kawi is (always going over the top for me. too much Japanese funky design IMO) I just could not afford the insurance at $145 a month compared to $55 a month. Plus The price of the VFR at $8000 compared to the Z1000 at $12,000. Anything starting with a zx...... or cb.....serial number gets you fucked up the ass! Trust me, I have been for years in the past! For me at 48yrs old with a clean record that was a deal beaker. Anything "Twin" or "V" is much less for the number crunchers. Hell I paid $27-$36 a month full coverage for my Suzuki Sv1000s it had 113hp and weighed 417lbs dry due to Suzuki having 2 other models "the base sv1000" and the "V Strom" using the same detuned engine. Glad you are here now, but when you change over let me know what you are paying in Connecticut for insurance. If you get anything close to under a $100 a month I may have to move your way and go back to my roots. ;-)

I love that this was posted, but can someone translate this to me since I do not have the time to learn Japanese!
