I agree Greg - as I said earlier I find it to be most effective during the day. Here's a daylight vid where you can see how it looks at the very beginning and end of vid. In fact at the 6:00 mark in the vid it seems to maybe help me a bit but I was admittedly going twice the limit. By the way your parents had excellent taste in names :witless: I should also mention that I was stopped at a light recently waiting to make a left turn and there was a cop directly across the intersection from me waiting to do the same. With the elevation/crown of the road at this intersection my flashing LED would have been pointing directly at him and he didn't seem to care.

I agree-cause more harm then good. I simply use upgraded headlights-high beams more powerful then my car LOL! Flashing lights could actually distract the driver too much.

Having been slightly injured and a Hawk almost destroyed from being rear-ended at a stoplight, i spent $25 in bulbs and sockets and converted my rear blinkers to a 3-wire system so i have more noticeable running lights and a larger rear aspect.

Bikes need front running lights, but some don't have them.

ANY bikes (mostly earlier 70's and 80's) that don't have dual-filament bulbs for running lights front and rear can be converted for, i believe, an increased probability of safe travel.

A fat chick in a redneck truck flashed me once when I was on my old PCX150 scooter - but it was more disgusting than interesting :glee: The women all seemed to love that thing for some reason - even more so than my VFR. In fact I'm thinking of buying another PCX now to go with my VFR because my wife just filed for a divorce today - happiest day of my life actually so don't feel bad - I knew it was coming just not this soon. So I could use a PCX now to cruise for MILFs at the local grocery stores - j/k - sort of :playful:

No mention of the PCX here, apparently you need something called a Hummer or Corvette (whatever those are).
