i'll be making one eventually, a welder by profession but bending pipe the old fashioned sand filled way is new!

it would be even more expensive then the HRC original to have someone custom make it i assume...few thousand at least.
what is the going rate for a 4-1 single side HRC exhaust if i might ask?

WELCOME, and good work keeping these old crates goin !

Fred Merkel's '86 HRC exhaust was hand-fabricated and combined about 40 pieces welded together with factory precision. not likely to find one for less than the cost of a new Ford Mustang.

it was one or two specialist guys at the factory building them and probably took 5-7 days to complete ! if you ever saw one, you'd think it belonged in a museum!~

How about a Hindle Exhaust instead?

Hindle exhausts in collaboration with http://www.ripplerockracers.com/ are initiating the 1st production run of a new full 4-2-1 exhausts for the early VFR's. Two variants will be available - a high mount and low mount, both of which are right exit. Price is ~$800 USD.
